The Frederick Douglass Gala is our first annual signature fundraising event to inspire, observe, and appreciate urban excellence. We will showcase and honor at-promise youth from the Frederick Douglass Society, while recognizing current partners and highlighting opportunities for potential donors to assist us in furthering our mission and work.

Promoting the best of what we see in our children, we believe they can excel regardless of their zip code or environment. Join US to propel the success of Urban youth, we need leaders and partners like you!

A battle lost or won is easily described, understood, and appreciated, but the moral growth of a great nation requires reflection, as well as observation, to appreciate it.
